The No.830 DESIGN & DETAILS
The No.830 is our exclusive, vintage inspired "long wallet" offered with our without the 18" brass chain. It is precision-cut with steel dies and 100% hand-sewn with old-world, traditional saddle-stitching construction and premium waxed Spanish thread, entirely in our San Diego, CA factory. The edges are sanded, polished and waxed and each wallet is marked with the item number and the month it was built.
The inside includes six card slots (each can hold up to 2 cards) a full-length bill slot and a 6" brass cutout zipper pocket that opens to the full length and width of the body. The No.830 is a true heirloom quality wallet that will live with you for decades.
GENUINE AMERICAN BISON | Shrunken Shoulder
The bison No.830 version is cut from the larger grain pattern on the "shoulder" of the bison hide, a unique and small section of the hide with the most pronounced grain. We trim each hide before cutting to maintain better grain consistency and use the smaller shoulder section with the largest grain patterns for the outside body and wallet trims. The inside zipper panel/pockets are made from a complementing brown steerhide.

Because there are NO SYNTHETIC LINERS or FILLERS, our handsewn wallets are 100% recraftable where the far majority of wallets are not. Best Wallet I’ve Ever Bought
"I prefer a larger wallet that doesn’t fold bills and I know this is the last one I’ll ever need or desire. It’s durability went through the ultimate test when I was in a car accident, my vehicle ended up in a pretty deep ditch and I lost the wallet in the process. I didn’t realize this until 2 days later. When I went back to search the scene, I could see a small portion of the chain peaking through the muddy water. The wallet had been ran over and packed down into the water and mud when the vehicle was pulled out. I was sure it was ruined. When I got home I rinsed and scrubbed it and after a couple hours of drying, it was just as perfect as the day I got it. It somehow even maintained its amazing leather smell!"
