Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY | Full-Price Items (10-Days)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Coronado Leather.
Full Price items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for an exchange or refund to the original form of payment (less any return shipping fees).  We do not provide a FREE PRE-PAID return label, but as a courtesy we can provide a PRE-PAID label and deduct the cost from your refund.  All returns must be authorized by our staff prior to returning and must adhere to the following:

  • The product was received within the last (10) days

  • The product is in its original condition with all tags and packaging

  • The product was not a SPECIAL SALE item or FINAL-SALE

  • The product was NOT monogramed, altered or customized

  • The product was FULL PRICE without any discount applied

  • The product was not a PRE-SALE item

Please take a moment to ensure the product fits and suits your needs. Do not remove any tags or labels until you are certain you are satisfied. The product must be in 100% the original condition when it is received by us, including all tags and packaging. We would recommend keeping and re-using the original box if it’s in decent condition.
Returned products must not have been worn, used, altered or otherwise damaged and must have all tags and any included accessories.
We do not accept returns after 10 days from delivery

PRE-ORDERS & FINAL SALE ITEMS (Non-Returnable)

Please note that Pre Orders and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. In some cases we may offer a size exchange if stock is available. This would need prior authorization by our staff. In the event that a final sale item is suspected to be defective, please reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as you suspect a product is defective and before trying the item on.

DUTIES & TAXES
Any duties, taxes, or import fees paid on international orders are non-refundable. Coronado Leather is not responsible for reimbursing these charges. For returns, customers are responsible for ensuring that shipments are sent back duties-paid. Any additional charges incurred upon return will be deducted from the issued store credit.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For orders outside the United States, returns are accepted for store credit only, with return shipping costs covered by the customer.

SIZING, FIT & LEATHER (We Can Help)
Leather is different, especially our leathers. There is a break-in factor to consider. Oftentimes leathers like horsehide and American bison will feel stiff and a little restricting the first time you are using the garment or boots. Remember, this is a natural hide that was tanned and finished for leathergoods and it needs to now adapt to your body. With jackets and even vests, the garment needs to be worn and molded to you over time. The waxes, oils will break-in a bit and the grain will loosen and adapt to your shape. This is what good leathers will do, they will look and feel better over time. Considering these factors, we usually recommend not oversizing your garment, but making sure it looks good and closes with ease. 

If you are not sure if the fit is right for you, take some pictures and send them to us by text, email or in our website chat. You can also call or email us and we would be more than happy to assist you. 

PACKING YOUR RETURN
Once the return has been accepted and a return label has been provided, we ask you to return the product with the original box and packaging if possible. If you do NOT have the original box or if the box is not in good condition, please make sure the item is packed the way it was shipped to you. It should be flat and in the dust bag (not folded) if it’s a luggage item or bag, rolled if it’s a belt and folded once in the center and in the garment bag if it’s a jacket or vest. 

REFUNDS (if applicable) | Allow 3-5 Business Days
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If the refund is approved, we will issue the credit back to your original form of payment within 2-5 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We DO NOT supply a return label for returns. In some cases, we will supply a return label for exchanges only. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Replacement For Non-delivered or Lost Goods
In the event that an order shipped does not arrive or is lost, stolen or damaged during shipping, we will do our best to assist in tracking your order but this can be difficult during the Holiday and is not common. Where there has been no delivery beyond 21 working days, we will process a replacement order.
