We love building products a lot more than repairing them! That’s why we design and build each and every Coronado Leather product to last. We want the product to give you years or decades of use, but if they fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product or replace it at little or no charge for the life of the product.
We believe in our craftsmanship and stand behind our work, but things happen. In some cases there may be general wear & tear, your dog may have chewed up a strap or a small critter may have tore a hole in your lining...in those cases we can offer reasonable repair charges or offer you a 50% trade-In for a replacement.
