We sourced a custom buckle that is 100% made in Italy. It's not only sold-brass, but quite heavy. This is one of the few buckles we use in a RAW BRASS, meaning there is no lacquer coating. The Chromexcel used in our belts is the heavy version (8\/9oz.).  It is hot-stuffed and infused with an oil and wax blend to create an extremely rich, durable and flexible leather.
