Each belt strip is cut to 1-½\" wide then embossed with a vintage (60-70 years old, rebuilt roller press.. The 50-year old embossing plate is a An American Eagle pattern  with the wings spanned out with great details. We then bevel the edges, hand stain the belt a light tan color and attach a solid-brass buckle that we import from Italy. The belts are then stone-washed them in Los Angeles and brought back for oiling and dressing.
