Aniline leathers are not sprayed but drum-dyed for a more natural appearance and feel. The leather is lightly waxed and a full 4oz. with a light pebble-grain surface that is created during the tumbling of the hides. You will see slight grain variations that are part of the natural tannage. The leather has a slightly matte finish and a nice \"pull-up\" appearance that gives it a unique two toned look. It will scratch and scuff by design, as the waxes and oils are displaced. In most cases you can rub out any surface scratches or use a light leather conditioner.
